We want you to love what you order from Lowkey. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
To request a return, email us at keystothefuture@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Include a photo of the item and a description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on your preference
If a return is required for faulty items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Personal care products (e.g. soap sheets, ear cleaners)

Opened or used items
Consumer Guarantees
We follow the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and your rights under this law are fully supported.
