When will my order be delivered?

We currently ship New Zealand–wide only. Every order is packed carefully, usually the same day or the next business day after you order.


  • North Island (non-rural): Overnight – 3 business days

  • South Island: Up to 5 business days

  • Rural addresses: May take a little longer

A tracking number is provided with every order, so you can follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery.

Can I Return my product?


You’re welcome to return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original resalable condition.
