At Lowkey.co.nz, we proudly ship New Zealand-wide from our Bay of Plenty base. Every order is packed with care and usually dispatched the same day or the next business day, so your gifts arrive quickly and stress-free.

Estimated delivery times


  • North Island (non-rural): Overnight to 3 business days

  • South Island: Up to 5 business days

  • Rural addresses: Please allow a little extra time for delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

At Lowkey.co.nz, we take great care to pack and deliver every order safely so your gifts arrive in perfect condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can help right away.

You’re welcome to return or exchange the affected item as long as it’s in its original, unused, and resalable condition. Once the return is received and checked, we’ll act quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
