At Lowkey.co.nz, we want you to love every gift you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right — quickly, fairly, and with great service.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
To request a return, please email us at lowkey.co.nz@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply with return instructions and next steps.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Include a photo of the item and a short description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Depending on your preference, we can offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
If a return is required for a faulty or incorrect item, Lowkey.co.nz will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this stage.
If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order online.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

Personal care items (e.g. soap sheets, ear cleaners)

Opened or used items
Please choose carefully before purchasing these products.
