Most urban orders arrive within 2–4 working days, while rural deliveries may take an extra 1–2 days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow it every step of the way. Yes – returns are accepted within 14 days. Faulty or damaged items will be refunded or replaced, and change-of-mind returns are welcome on unused products in original packaging. Contact us by email to arrange a return.
